These newly added members have increased appearance rates from the Honor Student Scouting until 8:00 am on Friday, October 14 UTC.

- The members marked with * are past event members with lower appearance rates.
- Appearance rates for the newly added members are higher than the others. However, the appearance rates for UR and SR rarities remain unchanged.

- The SR and UR members newly added to the Honor Student Scouting are also available from the SR/UR Scouting, but the appearance rates are not increased.
