Honoka Kosaka [Festival] (SR) - past event member with lower appearance rate.
These newly added members have increased appearance rates from the Honor Student Scouting until 8:00 am on Tuesday, September 29 UTC.
We are also running a special promotion at the same time, where 11 Honor Student Scouting guarantees an SR or above member.
Regular Student Scouting also contains a couple of new members too, so don’t forget to give Regular Student Scouting a try as well.

The appearance rates of UR and SR members remain unchanged.
However, the probability of getting the newly added members are higher than normal.
The newly added members are also available from the SR/UR Scouting, but the probability of getting a newly added member is not increased.
The appearance rate for Honoka Kosaka [Festival] (SR) remain unchanged for both Honor Student Scouting and SR/UR Scouting.
The members available from the Honor Student Scouting have changed since the update on Friday, July 31 UTC.
