Transfer Passcode
Entering the transfer passcode on your new device allows you to carry over the game progress,
and continue playing without any interruption.
In order to avoid inconveniences due to unforeseen events, please make sure to have
a transfer passcode issued prior to carrying over your game, and keep it in a safe place.
We may issue transfer passcodes manually under very special circumstances. However, this may take a considerable amount of time.
To issue a transfer passcode:
1. Tap "Other" in the top menu.
2. Tap "Settings" on the list
3. Tap "Confirm" under Transfer Passcode (Tap "Input" on your new device to enter the code.)
4. Tap "OK!" in the confirmation message
5. Note down the transfer passcode displayed and keep it safe.
A transfer passcode is valid for one year. Once it is used, the passcode becomes void.
There will be no compensation given for issues caused by sharing your transfer passcode with other users.
Please keep it to yourself.
