Under certain conditions, members from the "lily white" Scouting who were not available from the Step-Up Scouting were being displayed in the Step-Up Scouting screen. The "affected time" shown above was only for a portion of the overall issue occurrence time, as there was a period of time when some members available from the lily white Scouting were also available from the Step-Up Scouting.
