- The members marked with * are past event members with lower appearance rates.
- Appearance rates by rarity are fixed per scout type and does not change.

Regardless of the total number of members available, these members have a flat rate increase in appearance rate per member within each rarity.This rate increase has been adjusted up since the update on Friday, January 20 UTC.

- The SR and above members newly added to the Honor Student Scouting are also available from "SR or above Aqours Scouting" and "SSR or above Aqours Scouting", but the appearance rates are not increased.
- Rarity appearance rates within each Scouting are fixed and do not change.
- Appearance rates for Regular Student Scouting remain unchanged.
